Once it has been filed, your Accessibility Agenda (Ad'AP) must be implemented and monitored. In this context, and to ensure compliance with the commitments undertaken, the regulations require the project owner and/or manager to submit regular reports to the prefecture.
The schedule for this monitoring is defined by article D.111-19-45 of Decree no. 2014-1327 of 5 November 2014 and includes two reviews for 6 or 9-year Programmed Accessibility Agendas.
As a reminder, the Programmed Accessibility Agenda contains: a list of establishments, accessibility adaptations (assessments and work), a schedule and an estimated budget. In order to monitor its implementation, these elements must be taken into account and communicated to the prefect as an inventory of completed actions. Discover our page on Programmed Accessibility Agendas here.
At the end of the Ad'AP, an accessibility declaration must be submitted to the prefecture.
