Project objectives
Demonstrating their commitment to accessibility, in 2012 the Monoprix group chose to enlist a Project Management Assistant to oversee the accessibility adaptations being implemented in their various stores (Monoprix, Monop', Monop' Beauty, Naturalia, etc.).
ACCEO was tasked with ensuring consistency across multiple projects, guaranteeing:
- Budget compliance (help with the selection of partners)
- The desired regulatory framework (administrative submissions)
- The implementation of relevant products and/or technical solutions (approval of working drawings)
- Quality work (support from preliminary operations through to acceptance)
- Associated communications (internal and external)
