Project objectives
The Habitats de Haute Alsace social housing provider has relied on ACCEO for several years.
The first audits (55 public access buildings) were carried out in 2013. A second wave of 13 audits was completed in 2015.
Habitats de Haute Alsace then called on our engineering firm to implement their Programmed Accessibility Agenda, approved in February 2016.
Alongside the accessibility adaptations, ACCEO was also responsible for creating the HHA accessibility guidelines.
Our engineering firm also drafted the agenda implementation review at the end of the first year.
On to the final stage of any accessibility adaptations: the construction work. Two years into the project, HHA decided to entrust us with all the administrative procedures (work authorisation/prior declaration, tender documents) as well as site monitoring.
