Project objectives

Replace the bank of four blue lifts and the bank of yellow lifts.
This project follows a preliminary operation studying the overall traffic on all 19 core lifts and offering advice on how to improve the pedestrian flow.
Project management, including:
A comprehensive technical audit of equipment, ducts and the existing environment,
Creation of a preliminary proposal using the results obtained during the traffic analysis executed before the call for tenders.
Conditional phase 1: final proposal, project studies, tender documents,
Conditional phase 2: approval of working drawings, work supervision, approval support – 
For the work supervision element, we will also use the traffic analysis to develop a replacement schedule and distribute the flow among the additional banks in order to ensure optimal continuity of service.
