Project objectives
The operation monitoring project implemented in 2014 led to a revision of the energy supply contract, resulting in a reduction of €100,000 per year.
The money saved was immediately used by the co-owners to carry out an energy audit for the entire residence.
These audits made it possible to establish work plans, parts of which were included in the renegotiation of the operating contract in 2016.
As a result, the cost of the contract fell by €200,000/year, including investments.
