Project objectives

ACCEO provided support for the Cité du Soleil residence in relation to the building works being carried out. As a first step, a preliminary proposal allowed us to establish an estimated budget for the work plan (external insulation, ground floor insulation, roof insulation, installation of hybrid ventilation, change of woodwork, installation of heating panels and gas-fired condensing water heaters) as well as the estimated financial savings. This project also included company consultations and drafting special technical specifications (CCTP) for different technical systems. Once the work is completed, the residence will save 96,000 euros every year.
