Project objectives
In 2015, an audit of the shared air conditioning installations at the Pré Catelan site in Toulouse led to the renegotiation of the current operating contract. ACCEO headed this renegotiation, obtaining a reduction of €35,000/year to the cost of the contract, as well as a more complete contractual service and renovation of the shared boiler room.
ACCEO has been entrusted with the operation monitoring for this new contract.
