Position/tasks

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of the Lille - Brussels region, you offer and deliver intellectual services with high added value (technical expertise, operational assistance, project management assignments for the conduct of works ...)

In this context, your main missions will be the following:

  • Develop, monitor and win the loyalty of your customers and prospects portfolio, made up of local authorities, property administrators, hospitals and public housing offices. 
  • Advising, proposing and delivering our missions to private or public project managers with the support of our technical experts, 
  • Analyze and respond to calls for tenders, 
  • Ensure your customers' satisfaction, 
  • Ensure administrative and financial monitoring of ongoing missions.

Candidate profile

Ideally holder of a master degree in Business and/or Engineering School, you have at least 3 years of experience in commercialization of provision of services.
You speak Dutch/Flemish fluently.
You ideally know the elevator world and have a strong growth potential which will allow you to take in charge all the functions of Manager in the short or medium term.
You want to work in a dynamic environment which rewards performances, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and commercial skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, so do not hesitate to apply!

Remuneration

Remuneration composed of a competitive fixed salary +an attractive variable pay (50 to 60 k€)
